How do you guarantee long-term custody?
Mechanism and contract together: preservation and permission inheritance on the technical side, custody term, notice duties and termination terms on the commercial side. The custody agreement governs.
Will this be marketed as digital immortality?
No. Our position is explicit: this is a digital agent built from the person’s own material. It does not create immortality and does not resurrect or replace anyone.
Do you reconstruct the dead?
No. Memorial use opens only where the person authorized capture during life, with restricted access, limited conversation depth and a disclosure up front.
How do you make money?
Personal subscriptions (annual), a one-off legacy custody package, and revenue share with institutional partners.
Why now?
